History Repeats Itself

This is funny: I just re-read a blog post I forgot I'd written. It was about pancakes, and it was written the morning of the Ballard Crit -- a year ago tomorrow. The funny part is, I just finished a big-old pancake breakfast, and wished it down with a cup of strong coffee; same house, same MP/PS, same coffee cup/grinder. It was sort of like deja-vu, but it not really because I formulated the pancake batter differently (a little cottage cheese in the batter, a little dollop of strawberry jam on top).
